That is right .... Deaf can learn it as qualfied can do. Never say can't on deaf people ... no!
Because I do believe there is several deaf people very very smart people out there can do it as anything except can not hear that one part. I do believe deaf people can do anything as much they want ......but except one thing that can not join Navy, Air force, Army or Marine.
